Classroom Scheduling

The Office of the University Registrar's Classroom Scheduling Office assigns classrooms and auditoriums for academic classes, final exams, and extracurricular events on campus.

Resource 25 is the software program used to schedule classrooms. Academic department administrators may request necessary classroom assignment changes. These requests must be received by the fourteenth calendar day of the term. Once changes are approved this will immediately be reflected in the Time Schedule of Classes and the student on-line schedules. Students, faculty, and staff may view classroom schedules on-line. The web address is my.pitt.edu. Under My Communities select "Course & Event Viewer." This will display the latest classes and events on campus.
