When are final exams offered?
Final exams are held during the final week of the term for both graduate and undergraduate courses. For the undergraduate final exam schedule, refer to your Schedule in PeopleSoft HighPoint Campus Experience (CX) for final exam information. Final exam dates and times are often posted to your schedule 6-8 weeks after the start of a term.
I have three final exams in 24 hours. Am I eligible for a final exam accommodation?
Yes! You are able to request to take one of your final exams on a different day if you have three or more final exams scheduled in 24 hours on the Final Examination Schedule above. Refer to the Final Exam Conflict Accommodation Guidelines and Procedures above and complete the necessary Final Exam Conflict Accommodation Form. The deadline for submitting this paperwork to the Office of the University Registrar is the Monitored Withdrawal Deadline for any given term. Accommodations cannot be made through our office for back-to-back final exams on any given day.
I have two final exams scheduled for the same time on the same day. What should I do?
Refer to the Final Exam Conflict Accommodation Guidelines and Procedures above and complete the necessary Final Exam Conflict Accommodation Form. The deadline for submitting this paperwork to the Office of the University Registrar is the Monitored Withdrawal Deadline for any given term.
When is the latest possible time slot that I could have a final exam scheduled?
The last time slot for final exams for each term is the Friday of finals week, 4:00 PM - 5:50 PM.
