The Office of the University Registrar is made up of several service areas. The hard-working and dedicated specialists in these service areas collaborate with University administrative offices, schools, and departments to develop the highest quality experience for all University stakeholders. Each area is responsible for specific business processes; designed and executed to provide the best service possible! Enrollment
Our Registration Services service area is comprised of a team of staffers whose goal is to provide immediate assistance to students relating to the class enrollment process.

Course/Class
Our Course/Class service area works with University departments to prepare the Schedule of Classes each term for all academic classes.

Classroom Scheduling
Our Classroom Scheduling service area assigns academic spaces/facilities to classes, final exams, and extracurricular activities on campus.

Grades
Our Grades service area provides grading support to University students, faculty, and staff. The University has an 'official grade deadline' for each session and/or term, however the grade posting process begins at an earlier date.

Transcripts/Verifications
Our Transcripts/Verifications service area assists both current and former students, central offices, and third party requesters with processing and delivery of transcripts and enrollment verifications.

Graduation/Diplomas
Our Graduation/Diplomas service area works with University departments to process graduation and students to process diploma reorders.

University Catalogs
The University of Pittsburgh now has six new online University Catalogs. The information in the University of Pittsburgh’s online catalogs are maintained by the schools, programs, administrative departments, and regional campuses.
