Jennifer Phillips

As Associate University Registrar, Jennifer manages the business and budget operations within the Office of the University Registrar and is a member of the office’s Senior Staff Management Team. She leads the Transcripts and Certification team, publishes the University Academic Calendar, and provides technical support for hardware and software. Jennifer also oversees catalog and curriculum management, NCAA student eligibility and certification, and records management.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University. She was Senior Associate Registrar at Princeton University for 10 years and University Registrar at Chatham University for seven years, prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh, Office of the University Registrar in 2014.

Jennifer is a member of AACRAO and MSACROA professional organizations, in addition to currently serving as the Vice President of Records and Registration for MSACROA. She also serves on the client advisory board for Modern Campus and was the founding chair of their client advisory board.
