Jennifer Phillips

As Associate University Registrar, Jennifer is a member of the Office of the University Registrar's senior leadership team and manages the business and budget operations. She leads the Transcripts and Certification team, publishes the University Academic Calendar, and manages the office's technical support for hardware and software. Jennifer also oversees catalog and curriculum management, NCAA student eligibility and certification, and records management.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University. She was Senior Associate Registrar at Princeton University for 10 years and University Registrar at Chatham University for seven years, prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh's Office of the University Registrar in 2014.

Jennifer is a member of AACRAO and MSACROA professional organizations, in addition to serving currently as the President-Elect and previously as Vice President for Records and Registration for MSACROA. She also served on the client advisory board for Modern Campus and was the founding chair of their client advisory board.
