Kaitlyn Roberts

Kaitlyn joined the University of Pittsburgh and the Office of the University Registrar in 2022. In her current role as Associate University Registrar, she oversees registration, transfer credit support, and shared services operations.

She began her career in higher education in 2006 at Liberty University, where she held various roles, including Director of the Student Service Center—a one-stop office that integrated Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Account services. In 2014, she joined Penn State University as an Assistant Registrar, managing daily operations for outgoing transcripts, verifications, and enrollment and degree reporting across all campuses. In 2019, she was promoted to Associate Registrar, where she led customer service functions including enrollment, transcripts, and other front-line services.

Kaitlyn holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions (MSACROA).
