The Office of the University Registrar is the official source for all student academic records. We are also responsible for the oversight of all registration/enrollment services provided to University students.
Other functions handled by the University Registrar's Office include the monitoring of the end-of-term grading process, processing of grade changes, publication of semester course offerings and final examination schedules, classroom scheduling, enrollment and degree verification, transcript processing, veterans services, ad hoc reporting and fulfilling many types of requests for student information. 
The Registration, Transcript, Enrollment Verification and Veterans Services areas are located on the ground floor of Thackeray Hall in rooms G1 and G3. The Course and Classroom services areas and the Administrative Offices are located on the second floor of Thackeray Hall in room 220.
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to
4:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Offices are closed during published University Holidays.
